Free Trial
We offer a 3-use free trial for new users. During this period, you can enjoy all premium features without any cost. After the trial, you’ll need a subscription to continue using these features.
Fees
We offer annual and monthly subscription plans. Prices may vary based on market conditions, and special promotions may apply during discount periods. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be submitted via the App Store.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal fees will be charged 24 hours before the subscription term ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Apple Terms Compliance Statement
Our terms of service comply with Apple's requirements. We hereby declare:
- This agreement is between you and us only. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for our application and its services.
- We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the application and its services, including maintenance, support services, warranties, and handling any claims.
- You agree to comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using our application, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- You may only use our application on Apple-permitted devices.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for our application.
- If our application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to our application.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and/or use of the application, including, but not limited to: product liability claims, any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third party claim that our application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple will not be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
- You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using our application.
